ZERO BUG INITIATIVE
Introducing the BUG ZERO Policy at Amerika: Elevating Your Gaming Experience
Introduction
Welcome to the BUG ZERO initiative at Amerika. Operating since 2008, we are more than just a server; we are a community committed to delivering an unmatched gaming experience. Our mission is to create a bug-free environment, and we invite you to be part of this ambitious project.
How It Works
If you encounter a bug while playing, we strongly encourage you to report it through our official support channels Discord. Our dedicated technical team will promptly validate each report, categorizing it according to its impact and severity.
Guaranteed anonymity
We are committed to promoting a culture of transparency and trust. Rest assured that when you report bugs — especially those involving clan members exploiting flaws — your identity will remain confidential.
Bug Classification and Rewards
Every bug report will undergo a thorough review by our administration team. Depending on the severity of the bug, rewards may vary, with the potential to earn up to 1500 Gold Amerikas. We are committed to rewarding your contributions.
Important: About Exploiting Bugs
Please note that all reported bugs will be thoroughly investigated. If a player is caught exploiting a bug before reporting it, strict measures will be applied, ranging from in-game penalties to temporary or even permanent bans.
Next steps
Upon receiving your report, our team will work diligently to confirm and reproduce the bug. We are committed to resolving every validated bug as quickly as possible.
Your contribution is invaluable in making Amerika a first-class gaming destination. We not only encourage but also reward those who help identify and eliminate bugs. Together, we will create a gaming experience that sets new standards for the community.
